Don’t send item

Ordered an item a month ago, still not received …. The company refunded me without any explanation at all. I’m not removing anything – people need to be aware of where their hard earned cash is going, and if reading this saves someone from the aggro of dealing with you and that some child gets their birthday gift etc then I’m happy. Reading other reviews it would appear that you’ll get a line about the portal being down, or Shopify being slow.I’d suggest reviewing your business practices. I would gladly lose my money than ever correspond with these cowboys again. I frankly would advise everyone to avoid this company at all costs. I have gone past the point of polite now and have been forced to request a refund. Regardless of how they view a customers request the correct thing to do is to remain professional.

Tries to get you to remove negative reviews in return for refund (which doesn’t appear)

You can find the same items elsewhere at a cheaper prices and it accompanied by much better service. 4 weeks later I had still heard nothing so I cancelled my order and was told I would be refunded within 10 days. I was then told the items would be coming in stock within 2 weeks.
I made a order on the 12th may it stated on line the item was in stock after a week i called and was told the item was not in stock and awaiting stock i was at this point offered a refund. I trust Gamerama will see this review, please do not phone me, just refund my money please. Having read through these reviews I’m obviously not alone. My order arrived in 4-5 days

And 5 weeks after my order, still no item! The case is being handled by relevant authorities and my refund processed, again of which I have evidence. Unlike other reviewers, Trust Pilot have verified my review after being supplied with all the evidence of my purchase, the correspondence and the resulting abuse. I wanted to get a reproduction of my son’s first ever proper football shirt from the 90’s , including name and number, in his now adult size. We are so happy that you love the clothes and our service. Clothes are very cute and good quality!!

However it seems they are taking many orders and not fulfilling them leaving them with a large amount of money which isn’t theirs in their account. If the company is having difficulties then a simple email to make customers aware of this could solve a lot of problems. I had to fill out a form and send them proof that the company had agreed the refund. After having trouble obtaining my refund from this company I went to my bank.

I emailed the company to query this, and having spent a good hour having read the awful reviews I wish I’d seen before I ordered I mentioned possibly needing to cancel my bank. The shirt is good quality and delivery was within a reasonable time. Wonderful boutique with great customer service and great quality clothing! I was charged for items which I found out were out of stock after I queried why I hadn’t received any dispatch or delivery information. As per my previous review I finally got a reply to my email saying refund had been processed and would take around a week to show on my account.
